Service begins 6-8 weeks prior to your Wedding & includes:

Access to your personal Client Portal from the moment contract begins, containing helpful planning templates

"Meet & greet" with your vendors, to introduce myself & meet your vendor team via virtual meeting or email

Review of your vendor contracts for accurate operations

Final walk through of your venue, if applicable. If this takes place outside of your contracted timeframe, additional arrangements can be made as available

Creation of your day-of timeline and its provisions to all vendors & parties involved via email, to ensure they know when to arrive and where to be.

Assistance with your rehearsal dinner (2 hour maximum duration). Your Wedding party receives an itinerary for your rehearsal & printout of your timeline for the Wedding day

Final meeting to check final vendor payment status & make sure all end of Wedding items have a designated car or person

​Oversite of your Wedding Day operations, including supervising/assisting with setup & cleanup at the end of the evening
